We want you to love your Oh Polly items, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and the hygiene seal intact.

Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and attach the label to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
